В чиста тенджера се слагат дреболийките, нарязания на ситно лук, олио, вегетата и сол, ако е необходимо. Залива се с бульона. Слага се да ври до пълното омекване на съставките. Добавя се ориза или фидето и когато са готови се прави застройка. Яйцето се разбива с киселото мляко и брашното. Слага се в дълбок тиган или тенджерка и се оставя да заври. Разбърква се периодично, понеже има опасност да загори. Постепенно се добавя целия бульон от супата и завира отново. Връща се обратно и се подправя с джоджена и черния пипер. </i></span><br />
